purpose + good governance = sustainable social impact

Community Governance Workshops

  • Collective Impact.

The collective impact of every non-profit organisation defines a community. The sustainability of each organisation to continue to serve the community ensures that no one is left behind. Achieving and sustaining good governance allows organisations to support their communities by delivering on their purpose and making a social impact

  • Invest in capability.

Funders such as councils, state and federal governments and foundations can invest in the governance skills and capability of each board who direct and lead the organisations that they support. Providing each organisations the skills, knowledge, and systems to achieve good governance.

  • Know obligations.

This support will lead non-profit organisations to understanding their governance obligations and how to utilise governance to become a sustainable organisation, and not just tick a box.

  • Governance journey.

Starting a governance journey starts with attending a community-based workshop. Directors learn how to self-audit their alignment to their required governance standards, develop a plan on how to align to governance standards, and receive additional support, systems and templates to achieve good governance.
